Account Manager-Makassar
for our Pricipal Johnson & Johnson Medical Indonesia
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• Holds self accountable for achieving Business plan within territory and delivering profitable growth;
•  Ensures Strategic Account plans are develop and implemented with effect, develop and promote key opinion leader to drive business growth
• Manage all processes and procedures involved in the sales function in a way that maximizes revenue and gross profit while maintaining compliance to established business and healthcare compliance regulation guidelines
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures to ensure flawless audits and reviews
• Delivers on all initiatives relating to Commercial Excellence including Sales Forecasting, Sales Force Automation, Job Standards

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max 38years old;
• Bachelor degree, preferable in science field, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Science;
• Having a background in the Diagnostics or Health Industries, good work history (good in sales), understand territory and work with pathology clinic doctors ideally, preferable from principal company;
• Good in english, communication, presentation and negotiation skill;
• Computer literate
• Willing to travel
