Requirements:
- Male /Female, max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years experience in HR as generalist & GA
- High integrity, character, and values
- Able to prepare planning, organizing & solution of HR matters
- Deep understanding in Industrial Relation, Policy & Regulation Issues
- Computer literate (MS office & SAP)
- A good team player as is able to work independently
