With twenty years of operating experiences in the snacks industry, we led ourselves in a leading market position in many categories such as: Garuda for peanut, Okky for jelly and beverages, Gery for biscuits, Leo for snacks, Mountea for tea-based drink, and also Chocolatos for premium wafer stick. Currently we are expanding our business with a joint venture company Suntory with name Suntory Garuda Beverage and we created our newest product Mira'i Ocha.

PDv & Recruitment Supervisor
Lampung, Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation of Performance Management System.
• Manage implementation of Employee Promotion & Movement.
• Review HR system & implementation.
• Organization Development (Structure, Roles & KPI).
• HO Training & Event management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
• Have experience in similar position as Talent Management, People Development, or Equivalent for at least 3 years of working.
• Mastering all about performance analysis, organizational management & development, talent management.
• Fluent in english both oral & written.
• Good communication skill
• Placement in  Tangerang, Lampung dan Makassar
