Bakery Technical Advisor Assistant Manager - Makassar based
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Age 30-40 years old
• Diploma from hotel academy or Bachelor Degree from Food Technology
• Minimum 5 (five) years working experience in related field Prior experience in consumer goods or food manufacturing company will be an advantage
• Knowledge needed : Bread, cakes and pastries making process, ingredients and tools Able to do market observation
• Can handle customer complaints and leading any project for bakery customer
• Should update with the latest bakery trend/knowledge
• Strong Leadership
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Computer Literate

Quality Assurance Officer
Sulawesi Selatan - Makassar

Responsibilities:

• Establishing, implementing, maintaining company integrated management system
• Conducting and assisting process, product and system audits
• Supplier, transporter and distributor audit programs
• Complain follow up, investigation and problem solving
• Coordinate non-conforming of products and process
• Product registration and etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): excellent communication skills, report writing, work management (time project, planning & scheduling orginizing), English fluently both oral and written.
• Required language(s): English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makassar.
