Responsibilities:
- Identify current & prospective sales opportunities and develop forecast and business plans
- Develop and implement sales and profitability
- Participate actively in community, business and industry organizations to build a network of contacts
- Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and organization
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Oversee branch financial management
Requirements:
- You must have minimum 3 years of professional experience in leading sales team in electronics industry, consumer goods or retail industry.
- Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university with maximum 40 years old.
- Ability to maintain the relationships with dealers, agents, distributors and creating the expansion.
- Responsible in achieving branch target, maintain service quality and operation of the branch.
- Must be able to analyze problems and utilize resources to enhance our sales turnover and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, strong leadership, good analytical skill and people management.
- Creative, energetic, team player, high motivated, detail oriented and well organized.
