Main Responsibilities:
Solid line: The regional field sales, regional KA and regional marketing team
Dotted line: Regional Sales Operation, Regional Sales Training, Logistics and Regional P&O (while there are any dedicated people or team)

Job Purpose:
- Develop a best in class key account and B2B team
- Formulate short term and mid term strategy
- Build leadership and strategic partnership with top customers
- Execution excellence in customers by closely working with field sales team
- Responsible for NKA and B2B both MTP and OP
- Accountable for key account GSV, TP and bottom line
- Jointly drive with field teams on the in-store visibility execution program
- Annual contract negotiation, top to top meeting and joint business plan
- Strategic alignment with top international customers
- Build key planning and communication system between Key account and field for better execution
- Build key process for customer understanding and category data analysis
- Develop team capability and professionalism in key account management

Commodity Buyer
Main Responsibilities: To provide adequate high quality raw materials (commodities) for the plant to keep it running at capacity at all times
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least D3 degree in any discipline (Bachelor Degree –S1 is preferable)
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in buying commodities
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Good analytical thinking and communication skills
- Knowledge about how the market works for commodities (especially cocoa bean)
- Fluent in English ( Oral and Written )
- Able to operate computer ( Microsoft Office )
- Highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unique situations
- Honest, Intelligent, Good Interpersonal skills, Good team work, and Good problem solving skills
- Familiar with commodity market and local prices, supply base and competition
