Responsibilities:
- Bertanggungjawab atas semua pencatatan operasional cost
- Bertanggungjawab atas aliran kas dan bank
- Bertanggungjawab atas keberadaan dan pengontrolan stock/barang persediaan dan inventaris kantor
- Bertanggungjawab atas tagihan pihak ketiga
- Bertanggungjawab atas pembuatan faktur (invoice)
- Melakukan kontrol dalam pengecekan barang dagangan maupun inventaris kantor
- Melakukan pemeriksaan setiap transaksi baik itu yang berhubungan dengan sales dan gudang dalam hal inventory
- Melakukan pemeriksaan umur piutang dan tagihan ke pihak ketiga
- Menghitung komisi sales
- Bertanggungjawab atas maintenance building
- Menghitung absen
- Menghitung gaji SPG
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Samarinda dan Makassar
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
- Have a good leadership
- Attractive package will be given commensurate to expertise and experience.
