Quantity Surveyor Officer
Bali, Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Batam (Kepulauan Riau), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• reparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
• performing risk and value management and cost control;
• advising on procurement strategy;
• identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
• preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
• allocating work to subcontractors;
• providing advice on contractual claims;

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a ,Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical).
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work in Bali, Balikpapan, Batam, Makassar, dan Medan.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Quantity Surveyor Supervisor
Bali, Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Batam (Kepulauan Riau), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
• Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
• Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
• Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, Max. 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree: Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably having exp in Property/Real Estate Industry.
• Willing to be placed in Bali, Balikpapan, Batam, Makassar, dan Medan.

Quantity Surveyor Manager
Bali, Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Batam (Kepulauan Riau), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;

• Required language(s): English
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Requirements:

• Lulusan S1 Teknik Sipil
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) di Highrise Buildings (HOTEL,  APARTEMEN, MALL).
• Bersedia ditempatkan di MEDAN, MAKASSAR, BATAM, BALIKPAPAN.
