Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate (S1 degree) with maximum of 2 years work experience or final year of completing S1 degree from the following majors:

• Mining Engineering
• Informatics Engineering/Information System
• Civil Engineering
•  Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Geodetic Engineering
• Geology Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Accounting / Management
• Law
• Psychology

• Minimum GPA is 2.80 out of 4.00
• Willing to travel or be relocated to remote area
• Have excellent communication skills in English (oral and writing)
• Ability to communicate and influent other clearly and effectively through oral and presentational skills as well as excellent writing skills and an aptitude for producing business reports
• Empathy for and understanding of Mining and Construction sector issues will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization
