- Handling and managing all of function HRD : Recruitment, Administration, Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relation, HRD policies and SOP, Company regulation, Training Development and General Affair matter
- Making & Implement all procedures and SOP's regarding employment and complies with applicable local and national regulations and law
- Make company's organization structure and change of organization structure if necessary
- Making policies about the Compensation and Benefit employee withgroup/leveling system for all each positions
- Help to Handle management of the company facilities, assets management, office supplies
- Responsible for the operational and the implementation of company regulation, human resources policies from all business unit in order to achieved the main objectives of the company
- Planning, coordinating and conducting of Human Resources Development Training for all employees to achieve increased productivity and efficiency
- Manage and monitoring the performance of staff.
- Gender: MALE / FEMALE max 40 years old
- Having at least 10 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource area with minimal 5 years in managerial level (preferably from Property company)
- Expert or familiar with strategic and operational Human Resource such as recruitment, organizational development, talent management, industrial relation, general service, training and people development, employee relation, etc
- Expert or having good knowledge about Labor Regulation
- S1 degree in Law/Physcology from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
- Has good computer skills (MS Office)
- Detail oriented, good in analytical skill, responsible
- Physically & mentally healthy
- Posses good skill communication and interpersonal skill
- Local domicile preferably
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently
- Able to work well in under pressure and tight deadline working environment.
