Technical Support Staff

Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Bandung (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Medan (Sumatera Utara), Padang (Sumatera Barat), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:

• To do remote troubleshooting within agreed SLA to solve customer problem that escallated by call center agent.
• To do on field troubleshooting in customer house for any repetitive problem or urgent problem that can not be solved by Dealers.
• To do root cause analyses on customer problem and report the result to Supervisor
• To support and transfer technical knowledge to Dealers

Requirements:
Min.  Diploma degree majoring in Engineering/Computer/Informatics.
Minimum 1 year experience in related function.
Technical skill and knowledge of TV satellite and radio frequency.
Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.

Willing to be placed at Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makassar, Manado, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, and Pontianak.

Technical Support Supervisor
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Bandung (Jawa Barat), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Medan (Sumatera Utara), Padang (Sumatera Barat), Pekanbaru (Riau), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to supervise daily operation of Technical Suport in branches to do second level troubleshooting and technical visit to solve customer problem.
• To do root cause analyses on customer problem, report the result to Manager and liaise with Engineering to mitigate further problem.
• To handle and solve escallation of customer problem.
• To support and transfer the technical knowledge to Dealer and Call Center through training, updated troubleshooting guidance, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering/Computer/Informatics. 
• Minimum 3 year experience in related function.
• Technical skill and knowledge of TV satellite and radio frequency.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and be achievement oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skill, ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
• Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed at Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makasar, Manado, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, and Pontianak.
