• Pendidika Minimal : S1 = Teknik Sipil/ Arsitektur (S2 = Finance / Marketing lebih diutamakan)
• Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai PM High Rise Building / Apartment
• Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun di bid marketing property serta memahami laporan keuangan
