Area Sales Supervisor (Makassar Area)

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for establish plan and target achievement of assigned area which include secondary sales distribution, coverage and merchandising.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Academy or Bachelor degree from any disciplines.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in supervising sales team at FMCG industry is a must.
• Supervisory skills and ability to motivate and drive sales team to achieve the target.
• Commercial acumen.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Based allocation is Makassar, South Sulawesi.
